We are adding the best Optometrist who understands and appreciates both the medical and the optical side of the business, and who is willing to take the time to cater to our patients.

Our new Optometrist will have full autonomy over their treatment and caseload and will be able to:

• Perform comprehensive eye exams

• Perform contact lens fittings

• Prescribe eye drops

• Diagnose and assist in the treatment of ocular disease

• Prescribe corrective lenses

• Build strong doctor-patient relationships

• Handle eye care emergencies

Located in the charming village of Hastings-on-Hudson in Westchester County, a 20-minute commute from New York City, or New Jersey.

Our well established private optical has served the community for over 24 years. Many of our patients are 2nd and 3rd generation loyalists. We are registered in the EyeMed insurance program too!

Our opportunity allows an easy transition with:

· Auto-refractor

· Slit lamp

· Contact lenses

· Excellent collections of eyewear

· Expert dispensing opticians

· In-house edging

· Established patients

· We ask that you bring a direct ophthalmoscope

· Knowledge of Revolution HER software is helpful

Our position is part-time, with Friday and Saturday hours, and established patient flow. Future days as well as partnerships are available. Established Doctor of Optometry and New Grads are welcome.
