As our newest hire, your day-to-day duties include:

Mentor – mentoring our staff to be their best, scheduling training, and teaching skills to our staff

Marketing – managing physician referrals with visits, treats, and creative reminders

Managing – the experience for the patients. Let them see only the best of us, and our practice

Engage- comfortable with managing the employee and patient experience

Optical – Optical operations, frame board management, eyewear dispensing!

As a private Optometry practice, we see your success with the big picture of running a practice as well as the small details in being able to fill in the optical and working up patients as needed.
